New BillFlash Services

NexTrust released the following new services through our BillFlash.com site:

  • Gateway Only Payment Services – With our new “Gateway Only” option, customers will be able to choose to keep and use their existing merchant account with our Payment Services Gateway. Historically, customers needed to open a new merchant account provided by one of our integrated payment processing partners in order to connect with our Payment Services Gateway.
  • Integrated Collections Service – Providing collection services has been a top request from our customers for many years. Our new service eliminates headaches caused by working with non-integrated collection agencies. Past-due accounts are just an approval away from having our professionals’ managing collections. Patient responsibility continues to increase to over 50% for many practices, making effective collections more important than ever.
  • Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) – Our new RCM Service enables our Resellers and Billing Services to grow your/their existing RCM business by expanding offerings to new specialties, software systems, locations, or practice sizes without increasing the size of your/their staff. Our RCM Service also gives our Resellers that don't have a current RCM solution a competitive service to market and generate new revenue. Resellers can manage our proactive RCM marketing efforts as referenced under the next column.

And, in case you missed it…

eBill Notices via Text & Email – We've added text delivery as an option for eBill Notices alongside the long-standing email option. Customers can now send eBill Notices via email and/or text, which drive timely and low-cost online payments (OnlinePay) through MyProviderLink.com that eliminate the need for office handling.

We’re excited to announce that the following updates are now live for you here:

  • Updated Income Report – We’ve simplified the Reseller Income report to help you more easily see exactly which customers are driving your commissions, and which customers may need some assistance with more effectively utilizing BillFlash.
  • View Active Services – Find active BillFlash Services for each Biller under Billers & Reports / Billers.
  • View Transactions – Find transactions for each Biller's BillFlash Service under Billers & Reports / Billers.
  • View Fee & Commission Schedule – Ensure you're quoting the current fees by reviewing your confidential Fee & Commission Schedule under My Account / Profile.
  • Shared Document Library – We’ve created a new confidential document “Library” in your account. Your Library will be a place to share unique documents between our organizations that will enable us to work on joint marketing plans, campaigns, offers, training, sales tips, etc. Library is found under My Account.
  • RCM Do Not Market Control – For Resellers that want to manage our RCM proactive marketing efforts, we’ve provided a Do Not Market (DNM) control that is found under Billers & Reports / Billers.

We're also busy working on the following enhancements for you:

  • Resource Center – Honestly, our Resource Center has been neglected for too long, so we’ve simply taken it down for now. Our marketing team is actively building and restocking it with fresh BillFlash marketing, sales, and training resources to help you grow your BillFlash revenues. These resources will include the latest BillFlash copy, materials, brochures, videos, guides, case studies, testimonials, webinar recordings, fact sheets, and more.
  • Integration Management – Our Reselling Partners that own your own PM applications are going to get a major boost of updated APIs and business cases that present the clear opportunities to deeply integrate BillFlash Services into your applications with the easy to implement bite-sized APIs that can fit into your development road map.
  • Reporting & Analytics – Our BI team is actively working through the late stages of deploying our new Power BI platform that will enable us to share much richer and visualized analytics with you (and our Billers).
